How do I redeem a Sephora Gift Card online or in-store?

Your Sephora Gift Card can be redeemed for goods and services from Sephora Official Website  up to the value loaded onto your Sephora Gift Card. Value redeemed is deducted from the card balance.

1. Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card

• Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards are redeemable in the country of purchase and only for merchandise sold at Sephora stores in New Zealand or on our website at www.sephora.nz.
• No fees of any kind will be charged against the unused balance of Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards.

2. Redemption

• Redemption of Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card is only applicable in the country the Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card was purchased.
• It cannot be redeemed in other countries. Unredeemed value will not be converted to cash upon expiry of the Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card.

3. View your balance

• You can view your Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card balance when making a purchase.
• On the checkout page, select Sephora Gift Card as a payment option and enter your card details. Your card balance would be shown thereafter.

4. Refunds

No refunds are permitted with respect to cards.

5. Lost or stolen Sephora E-Gift Cards

• Sephora E-Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without the purchaser’s confirmation email as proof of purchase.
• Sephora E-Gift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.
• Sephora will not be liable for redeemed Sephora E-Gift Cards if they have been stolen.
• Please do not display your Sephora E-Gift Card number and PIN online.
